Gordon Treco, a FOCUS Managing Director has more than twenty years of mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising experience involving public and private transactions with an aggregate value of more than $9 billion dollars. Prior to joining FOCUS, Mr. Treco was with the investment banking division of Friedman Billings Ramsey & Co. in its Diversified Industries Group. There, he advised clients in the capital goods and waste services industries on public and private equity offerings as well as mergers and acquisition transactions. Prior to Friedman Billings Ramsey, Mr. Treco spent more than 15 years with Citigroup focused on debt and equity financings, recapitalizations and mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments.

Mr. Treco received his B.A. in History from Denison University.
