Walgreens. The combined company expects to have revenues
of approximately $75 million in 2006. The acquisition, finalized
on Aug. 22, 2006, will allow management to expand its reach
across North America and its competitive presence in the
retail market in particular. Paul Kaub, Jr., founder of Intelex,
announced his retirement, effective immediately. John Ringis
was named vice president of operations, Carmel.
