has acquired the
Professional Services Division of
Net2000 Group Inc.
The undersigned initiated the transaction on behalf of
Vista Information Technologies, Inc.
Engaged by Net2000 Group, Inc. to assist with the completion of the company’s strategic and tactical business plan which repositioned Net2000 from a telecommunications services reseller to a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC). Also engaged by Net2000 to divest of its Professional Services Division. FOCUS initiated the transaction and completed the sale to Vista Information Technologies, Inc.
