Engaged by the principal shareholders of Lanex, LLC to sell the company. Lanex, a manufacturer of digital video security and surveillance products, was sold to Loronix Information Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Verint Systems (a Comverse Technology company, NASDAQ:CMVT).
